Ignite. is hiring a Polish-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our on-site team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, acting as a brand ambassador for Polish-speaking clients and ensuring a seamless customer journey.

The role requires fluent Polish with English at B2 level, is open to fresh graduates, and offers full paid training. Work shifts are rotational, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day, with on-site work only.

Qualifications

• Polish as native or near-native; English level B2 required for communication.
• Experience in customer support or sales is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to internal tools and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Polish-speaking client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Diagnose and resolve product or service issues to ensure user satisfaction.
• Log interactions and updates accurately in CRM tools; maintain data quality.
