Ignite in Lisbon is seeking bilingual Italian speakers for a full-time, on-site Customer Support role. You will assist Italian-speaking customers by phone, live chat and email, delivering courteous, effective help while logging interactions in our CRM and contributing to a global service standard.

Requirements include native or advanced Italian (C1/C2) and strong English (B2), plus 24/7 rotating shifts and EU work eligibility.

Qualifikationen

• Italian language at C1/C2 level; native or advanced proficiency.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating schedule (5 days/week).
• EU/EEA nationality or legal right to work in Portugal; on-site in Lisbon.
