Concentrix is seeking a Customer Representative (Spanish-speaking) to join our Lisbon, Portugal on-site team. You will assist customers via email or phone, manage bookings, cancellations, and billing, and help expand service offerings by answering questions and gathering customer data.

Qualificações

• High level of Spanish (written and oral)
• Fluent in English (B2)
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Ability to identify customers' needs and propose fast solutions
• Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally.
• Support customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues.
• Attract potential customers by answering questions about ongoing requests and services.
• Gather information from new customers and insert it into the platform.
• Process and respond to contact requests promptly.
• Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand.
