Tavrion Dynamics in Lisbon is seeking Customer Care Specialists fluent in Spanish and Galician to join an international team for a 12-month contract. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling account, subscription, billing, and technical inquiries while delivering friendly, professional service.

Full-time 40 hours per week with 8-hour rotating shifts, flight ticket reimbursement, comprehensive health insurance, and free Portuguese language classes.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish and Galician at C1/C2 level.
• Good English communication at B1 level.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology.
• Positive, customer-focused and professional attitude.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish and Galician via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with accounts, subscriptions, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and offer clear solutions.
• Handle concerns professionally with empathy.
• Ensure high-quality interactions and service.
• Collaborate with internal teams when needed.
