Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to support a leading streaming platform from Lisbon. You will handle Spanish & Galician inquiries via multiple channels, resolving account and billing questions, and troubleshooting technical issues with a focus on excellent service.

Requirements include fluent Spanish and Galician (C1/C2) and English at B1, previous customer service experience, and the ability to work a rotating schedule.

Qualificações

• Fluent Spanish and Galician (C1/C2)
• English communication skills (B1)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology

• Willingness to work on rotating schedule

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Galician via phone, email and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
