Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking Customer Care Specialists to support a leading global streaming platform. You will handle account, subscription and technical queries in Spanish and Galician, ensuring a friendly, professional customer experience across channels.

Fluency in Spanish and Galician (C1/C2) and good English (B1) are required. The role offers a 12-month contract, 40-hour weeks, rotating shifts, with flight reimbursement, health insurance and free Portuguese language classes.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish and Galician (C1/C2).
• Good English communication skills (B1).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using digital platforms and technology.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Galician via phone, email and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
