Cross Border Talents is hiring a Customer Care Specialist in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with accounts, subscriptions, payments, and technical issues while delivering a friendly, professional service.

You will support Spanish and Galician speakers, with English proficiency required. The role offers a rotating schedule, health insurance, and potential company accommodation.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish and Galician (C1/C2).
• Strong English communication skills (B1).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Galician via phone, email and digital channels.
• Assist customers with accounts, subscriptions, billing and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally with empathy.
• Ensure each interaction delivers high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when escalation is needed.
