Tavrion Dynamics is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join its international team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling account questions, subscriptions, payments, and technical issues with a friendly, professional approach.

• Fluent in Spanish and Basque (C1/C2)
• Good English communication skills (B1)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Comfortable with digital platforms and technology
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Basque via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
