Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking Customer Care Specialists to support Spanish and Catalan speaking customers of a global streaming platform. You will handle account questions, subscriptions, payments, and technical issues while delivering friendly, professional service.

This full-time role (40 hours/week) operates on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday. Benefits include health insurance, flight reimbursement, accommodation option, and free Portuguese language classes.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish and Catalan at C1/C2 level.
• Good English communication skills (B1).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with digital platforms and technology.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish and Catalan via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
