Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is hiring Customer Care Specialists to support one of the world’s leading streaming platforms. You’ll be the first line of contact for Spanish and Galician speakers, handling account questions, subscriptions, payments, and technical issues with a friendly, professional approach.

Qualificações

• Fluent Spanish & Galician (C1/C2 level).
• English communication skills (B1 level).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Galician via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
