Tavrion Dynamics in Lisbon is seeking Customer Care Specialists to support a leading global streaming platform. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping with accounts, subscriptions, payments, and technical issues while delivering friendly, professional service.

Requirements include fluent Spanish and Basque (C1/C2) and good English (B1). The role offers a 12-month contract, 40 hours/week, and rotating shifts Monday to Sunday with travel benefits and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish & Basque (C1/C2 level).
• Good English communication skills (B1 level).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology.
• A positive, customer-focused, and professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Basque via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
