Tavrion Dynamics is hiring Customer Care Specialists to support a leading global streaming platform in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling Spanish and Galician inquiries across phone, email, and digital channels, plus account, billing, and technical questions.

Fluency in Spanish and Galician (C1/C2) is required, with strong English (B1) and a friendly, professional attitude.

Qualificações

• Fluent Spanish (C1/C2) and Galician required.
• Good English communication skills (B1) encouraged.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable with digital platforms and technology.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Galician via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist with account, subscription, billing, and technical inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver clear, effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and empathetically.
• Ensure high-quality interactions and customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams for complex issues.
