Tavrion Dynamics in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks Customer Care Specialists fluent in Spanish and Basque to join an international team on a 12-month contract. Full-time, 40 hours per week, rotating 8-hour shifts from Monday to Sunday, with flight reimbursement and comprehensive health insurance.

You will be the first point of contact, assisting with accounts, subscriptions, payments, and technical issues, while delivering a friendly, professional experience.

Qualificações

• Fluent Spanish and Basque (C1/C2 level).
• Good English communication skills (B1 level).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with digital platforms and technology.
• Positive, customer-focused, professional attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Basque via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
