Job summary

Tavrion Dynamics in Lisbon is seeking fluent Spanish speakers for a 12-month, full-time Customer Care role in November and December. You will assist customers via phone, email and chat, provide accurate information, and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.

Eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon is required. The position offers full onboarding, health insurance, language classes, and potential relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced digital environment.
