Tavrion Dynamics in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our international team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling accounts, subscriptions, payments, and technical questions with a friendly, professional approach.

We require fluent Spanish and Catalan, plus good English (B1). The role is full-time in Lisbon on a rotating shift, with flight reimbursement, health insurance, and language classes provided. Accommodation options may be available.

Qualificações

• Fluent Spanish & Catalan (C1/C2 level).
• Good English communication skills (B1 level).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Catalan via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
