Job summary

Tavrion Dynamics is seeking fluent Spanish speakers to join our Customer Care team for November & December in Lisbon. You will be the voice of the brand across phone, email and chat, helping customers with questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon. The role offers a 40-hour work week, 8-hour rotating shifts, and a 12-month contract with renewal potential, plus relocation support and

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish, written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
