Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is hiring Customer Care Specialists to support Spanish and Catalan speaking customers for a leading global streaming platform. You’ll be the first point of contact for account questions, subscriptions, payments, technical issues, and general service enquiries with a friendly, professional approach.

Fluent Spanish and Catalan (C1/C2) and good English (B1) are required. The 12‑month contract is full‑time with 8‑hour rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday.

Qualificações

• Fluent Spanish and Catalan (C1/C2)
• Good English communication (B1)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with digital platforms and technology
• Positive, customer-focused and professional attitude
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Catalan via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
