You will be the first point of contact for account questions, subscriptions, payments, and tech issues, delivering friendly, professional service.

Applicants must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon. The role includes a 12-month contract, 40-hour weeks, 8-hour rotating shifts, and benefits such as health insurance

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and Catalan (C1/C2).
• Good English communication (B1).
• Customer service experience is a plus.
