Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to support Spanish and Catalan-speaking customers for a leading global streaming platform. You will be the first point of contact for account questions, subscriptions, payments, and tech issues, delivering friendly, professional service.

Applicants must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon. The role includes a 12-month contract, 40-hour weeks, 8-hour rotating shifts, and benefits such as health insurance

Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish and Catalan (C1/C2).
• Good English communication (B1).
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish and Catalan via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
