Tavrion Dynamics is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to support a leading streaming platform from Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for Spanish and Catalan-speaking customers, handling account, billing and technical questions with a friendly, professional approach.

Requirements include fluency in Spanish and Catalan (C1/C2) and good English (B1). A background in customer service and strong communication skills are preferred, with flexibility for a rotating schedule.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish & Catalan at C1/C2 level.
• Good English communication (B1).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with digital platforms and technology.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to rotate schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Catalan via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear solutions.
• Handle concerns professionally and empathetically.
• Ensure high-quality customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams when needed.
