CB Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring for a full-time customer support role supporting an entertainment streaming platform. You will handle member inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolve account and billing issues, and provide product guidance to enhance user experience.

The role requires fluency in Castilian Spanish and Basque, plus English (B1+), and offers relocation support, health insurance from day one, a 12-month contract with a path to permanence, and a 40-hour work week on-site

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Castilian (Spanish).
• Native or fluent in Basque.
• English proficiency at least level B1.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Great Support via phone, email, or chat with a friendly, solution-oriented approach.
• Assist with account management, billing inquiries, and technical troubleshooting.
• Guide users by sharing product features to keep them engaged.
