Cross Border Talents is hiring Customer Care Specialists in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the first point of contact, supporting Spanish and Basque-speaking customers on a rotating 40-hour week schedule. English at B1 level is required, and a background in customer service is a plus.

You will handle account, subscription, billing and technical inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems, while delivering a friendly, professional experience.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish and Basque at C1/C2 level.
• Good English communication skills (B1).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using digital platforms and technology.
• Positive, customer-focused and professional attitude.
• Willingness to work on a rotating schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Basque via phone, email and digital channels.
• Assist with account, subscription, billing and technical inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require escalation.
