Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring a Customer Care Specialist to support Spanish and Basque-speaking customers across phone, email and chat. The role handles account, billing and technical queries, delivering a friendly, professional experience.

You will join an international team with rotating shifts, 40 hours per week, on a 12-month contract. Company accommodation, flight reimbursement, and health insurance are among the offered benefits.

Qualificações

• Fluent Spanish & Basque (C1/C2 level).
• Good English communication skills (B1 level).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Basque via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
