Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is hiring a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Agent to support B2B clients on a digital payments and business technology platform. The role requires handling inquiries in Spanish and English and providing effective solutions.

You will participate in rotating 24/7 shifts, including nights, and leverage experience in AdTech, digital marketing and customer service to deliver high-quality support.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Availability for rotating 24/7 shifts, including nights.
• Experience in paid campaign management.
• Experience in digital marketing and customer service/contact centre operations in an AdTech environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital advertising.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide B2B customer support through phone, email and/or chat.
• Assist business clients with platform, account and service-related questions.
• Investigate technical and operational issues and provide effective solutions.
• Verify account-holder details in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with internal policies and applicable requirements.
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service.
