The position is on-site in Lisbon, Portugal, with rotating 24/7 shifts including nights. A focus on paid campaigns, social media familiarity, and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide B2B customer support through phone, email and/or chat.
• Assist business clients with platform, account and service-related questions.
• Investigate technical and operational issues and provide solutions.
• Verify account-holder details per procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with internal policies.
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service.
