Cross Border Talents is seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist business customers on a digital payments and business technology platform. You will handle B2B inquiries in Spanish and English, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth account and service support.

The role requires strong communication, experience in paid campaigns and digital marketing within an AdTech environment, and a willingness to work rotating 24/7 shifts in Lisbon.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish and English required.
• Experience in paid campaign management.
• Background in digital marketing and AdTech customer service.
• Familiarity with social media and digital advertising.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide B2B customer support via phone, email and chat.
• Assist business clients with platform and service questions.
• Investigate technical or operational issues and provide solutions.
• Verify account details per procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with policies.
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service.
• Support 24/7 rotating shifts including nights.
