Cross Border Talents is seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Agent for our Lisbon-based on-site team. You will handle B2B inquiries in Spanish and English, assist with platform and account questions, and troubleshoot issues to provide effective solutions.

Ideal candidates have experience in paid campaigns, digital marketing, and AdTech support, with strong communication skills and the ability to work rotating 24/7 shifts, including nights.

Competenze

• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Experience in paid campaign management.
• Experience in digital marketing and customer service/contact centre operations in an AdTech environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital advertising.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Availability for rotating 24/7 shifts, including nights.
