Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Agent in Lisbon to assist business clients using a digital payments and business platform. You will handle inquiries in Spanish and English via phone, email and chat.

The role requires experience in paid campaigns, digital marketing and AdTech support, with rotating 24/7 shifts including nights at our Lisbon site. On-site work in Lisbon, Portugal.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in B2B customer support or AdTech environments is preferred.
• Willingness to work rotating 24/7 shifts, including nights.
• Knowledge of paid campaigns, digital marketing or social media is a plus.

Responsibilities
