Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish and English required.
• Experience in paid campaign management is preferred.
• Experience in digital marketing and AdTech environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide B2B customer support through phone, email and/or chat.
• Assist business clients with platform, account and service-related questions.
• Investigate technical and operational issues and provide effective solutions.
• Verify account-holder details in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with internal policies and applicable requirements.
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in paid campaign management.
• Experience in digital marketing and customer service in an AdTech environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital advertising.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Availability for rotating 24/7 shifts, including nights.
