Cross Border Talents is seeking a Sales Account Representative for the Spanish market. The role is hybrid with mandatory office attendance on Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 10:00 to 19:00, and starts on 10 August.

You will reconnect with former B2B customers, manage a portfolio, and drive growth while coordinating via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with prior sales experience as a must.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• Previous sales experience is mandatory.
• Cold calling experience is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, BPO, or marketing is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Re-engage former B2B customers and reactivate accounts.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients.
• Identify upsell and business growth opportunities.
• Meet sales targets and quarterly KPIs.
• Build strong client relationships via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Understand customer needs and tailor marketing solutions.
• Stay up to date on products and industry trends.
