Cross Border Talents in Sofia is seeking a Sales Account Representative for the French market. You will reconnect with former B2B customers, manage a portfolio, and drive growth.

Fluency in French and English is required, with prior sales experience. Hybrid role with office attendance on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Benefits include health, dental and life insurance, and relocation support.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Previous sales experience is mandatory.
• Cold calling experience is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, BPO, or marketing is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Re-engage former B2B customers and reactivate their accounts.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients.
• Identify up selling and business growth opportunities.
• Meet sales targets and quarterly KPIs.
• Build strong client relationships through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored marketing solutions.
• Stay up to date on products and industry trends.
