Job summary

Cross Border Talents is expanding its Lisbon office and inviting professionals to join as SDRs, Client Partners, or Account Managers for the English & Brazilian markets. You will own outbound outreach, manage campaigns, and foster lasting client relationships in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven background in B2B or outbound sales, or digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to new direct advertisers and agency partners via outbound calls, emails, and social channels.
• Support seamless advertiser onboarding, activation, and confidence in campaign tools.
• Deliver high-impact, customized strategies aligned with specific brand KPIs and revenue goals.
• Maintain active pipelines and leverage CRM systems to track progress.
