Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a B2B Customer Support Agent fluent in Spanish and English to assist business clients using a digital platform. This on-site role requires strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.

You will troubleshoot account and operational issues via phone, email, and chat, and provide tailored solutions while adhering to established procedures. Rotational shifts are 24/7 with two days off.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Experience in digital marketing and paid campaign management.
• AdTech customer service or contact centre experience.
• Understanding of social media and digital advertising.

Responsabilités

• Assist business clients with questions and technical issues.
• Troubleshoot account and operational problems.
• Provide accurate information and tailored solutions.
