Cross Border Talents is seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist business clients using a digital payments and business technology platform. You will handle B2B inquiries, troubleshoot issues in Spanish and English, and provide solutions with a customer-first approach.

We require experience in paid campaigns, digital marketing, and AdTech customer service. The role is on-site in Lisbon, Portugal with rotating 24/7 shifts, including nights.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Experience in paid campaign management.
• Experience in digital marketing and ad-tech customer service.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide B2B customer support via phone, email and chat.
• Assist business clients with platform, account and service questions.
• Investigate technical and operational issues and provide solutions.
• Verify account-holder details per procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with policies.
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service.
• Availability for rotating 24/7 shifts, including nights.
