Cross Border Talents is seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist business customers using a digital payments and business technology platform. The role covers B2B support, account inquiries, and troubleshooting in Spanish and English.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in paid campaigns, digital marketing, and ad tech customer service. Availability for rotating 24/7 shifts, including nights, is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in paid campaign management.
• Experience in digital marketing and customer service in AdTech.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide B2B customer support via phone, email and chat.
• Assist business clients with platform, account and service questions.
• Investigate technical/operational issues and offer effective solutions.
• Verify account details following procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with policies.
