Qualifications

• Spanish and English required for daily communication with business clients.
• Experience in paid campaign management is beneficial.
• Experience in digital marketing and customer service/contact centre operations in an AdTech environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital advertising is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide B2B customer support through phone, email and/or chat.
• Assist business clients with platform, account and service-related questions.
• Investigate technical and operational issues and provide effective solutions.
• Verify account-holder details in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with internal policies and applicable requirements.
