Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Agent to support business customers using a digital payments and business technology platform. The role involves B2B customer service, account and service enquiries, and troubleshooting technical or operational issues in Spanish and English.

This on-site position is based in Lisbon, Portugal, with rotating 24/7 shifts including nights. You will engage with clients via phone, email or chat, verify account details, keep accurate

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Experience in paid campaign management.
• Experience in digital marketing and customer service/contact centre operations in an AdTech environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital advertising.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide B2B customer support through phone, email and/or chat.
• Assist business clients with platform, account and service-related questions.
• Investigate technical and operational issues and provide effective solutions.
• Verify account-holder details in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with internal policies and applicable requirements.
• Availability for rotating 24/7 shifts, including nights.
