Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Agent to support business customers on a digital payments platform. The role covers B2B service requests, account inquiries, and troubleshooting in Spanish and English.

You will handle calls, emails, and chats, verify details, and maintain records while delivering professional, customer-focused support. On-site in Lisbon with rotating 24/7 shifts and nights.

Qualifications

• B2B customer support via phone, email or chat.
• Assist business clients with platform, account and service questions.
• Investigate technical and operational issues and provide solutions.
• Verify account-holder details per procedures.
• Maintain records and comply with internal policies.
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Experience in paid campaign management.
• Experience in digital marketing and customer service in AdTech.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising.
• Availability for rotating 24/7 shifts, including nights.
