Job summary

About the Role

Are you a high-energy, commercial-minded English speaker looking to accelerate your sales career in the Digital Advertising and Social Media industry?

We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a strategic project scaling Brand Partnerships for Reddit in Lisbon. As an SDR, you will be on the front line of revenue growth, identifying, contacting, and qualifying prospective advertisers, brands, and digital agencies, and connecting them with Reddit’s powerful community-driven advertising platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct active prospecting via phone calls, cold emails, and digital outreach to identify new business opportunities among brands and marketing agencies.
• Engage decision-makers, deliver compelling value propositions on Reddit’s ad solutions, and qualify potential clients for campaign strategy alignment.
• Nurture leads through the initial sales cycle, coordinate onboarding, and collaborate on campaign activation and optimization strategies.
• Maintain high activity levels, track outreach in CRM platforms, and drive pipeline growth to achieve monthly key performance metrics.

Key Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluent or native English speaker (C1/C2 level required).
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in B2B Outbound Sales, SDR/BDR roles, Cold Calling, Account Management, or Digital Marketing / AdTech.
• Results-oriented, resilient, target-driven mindset with strong communication and objection-handling skills.

Offer & Package

• Christmas Allowance: €78.17 gross / month
• Performance Bonus: Monthly variable performance bonus
• Paid Training: 15 workdays of paid initial training (€18.56 / day, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Contract: Employment Uncertain Term Contract (transitioning to permanent contract after 2 years)
