TP PORTUGAL is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to identify new business opportunities and prospect direct clients or agencies for Reddit advertising solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, crafting data-driven strategies to maximize client success and drive revenue growth.

In this role, you will develop tailored solutions, negotiate and close deals, and present performance insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Native or C1/C2 German speaker with good English proficiency.
• 2+ years of B2B sales, preferably in advertising or martech.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Experience managing a high-volume portfolio of accounts.

Minimum Requirements
