What you'll do

Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, prospecting direct clients or agencies, and proposing tailored advertising plans. You will act as a trusted advisor, crafting data-driven strategies to maximize client success and drive revenue growth through Reddit’s advertising solutions.

• Act as a trusted advisor: Deeply understand your clients’ businesses, challenges, and goals.
• Proactive communication: Maintain regular contact, providing updates, insights, and proactive recommendations.
• Negotiate and close deals

Sales Strategy and Execution:

• Develop tailored solutions: Craft customized plans aligned with client needs .
• Expert problem-solving: Address client concerns and roadblocks with efficient solutions.

Minimum Requirements

• Proficient C1/C2 English speaker + good written & verbal knowledge;
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within advertising or marketing technology;
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quota attainment;
• Experience managing and developing a high volume portfolio of accounts.
