Job summary

Claranet limited in Lisbon is seeking a Deskside Support Technician to join our rotating pool and provide coverage for client sites during vacations or absences.

You will install, troubleshoot and support Windows and MacOS environments, Office 365 administration, AD user management, and hardware/software issues while collaborating with other Claranet teams.

Portuguese fluency is mandatory; English is a plus. Driving license is required and ITSM tools experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Portuguese fluency is mandatory.
• Experience with Windows and MacOS troubleshooting.
• Experience with Office 365 management.
• Experience managing Active Directory users and groups.
• Knowledge of networking basics.
• Driving license is required.
• Experience with CMDB assets.

Responsibilities

• Install, control and monitor software and hardware in Desktop Management environments.
• Implement user account changes in Windows AD and email systems.
• Resolve issues at client premises and remotely.
• Diagnose network and system faults.
• Support other Claranet teams at client facilities.
