The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of professional IT support experience, strong hardware/software troubleshooting skills, and experience with computer and peripheral installation and configuration.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of professional experience in Helpdesk, IT Support, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with computer and peripheral installation and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers and peripheral devices.
• Provide support for internal systems and corporate tools.
• Manage and resolve support requests and incidents.
• Ensure effective communication with users throughout the resolution process.
