Job summary

Claranet limited in Azambuja, Portugal is seeking a Deskside Support Technician to join our internal team. You will install, monitor and support software and hardware in desktop environments for client sites or remotely.

You will handle user account changes in Active Directory and Office 365, troubleshoot Windows and MacOS, and work with ITSM tools. You will join a collaborative environment and may provide on-call support as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Fluência em português é obrigatória.
• Conhecimento de inglês é valorizado.
• Experiência em Windows/MacOS e instalação de software.
• Gestão de Office 365, AD e permissões de ficheiros.
• Conhecimento de redes e ferramentas ITSM é valorizado.

Responsibilities

• Instalar, controlar e monitorizar software e hardware em ambientes de Desktop Management.
• Executar alterações de contas em Active Directory e gestão de emails.
• Resolver problemas informáticos no cliente ou à distância.
• Diagnosticar problemas de rede e de sistemas ou falhas de operação.
• Apoiar outras equipas da Claranet nas instalações do cliente.
