Cross Border Talents is hiring a Swedish-speaking E-commerce Support Specialist to join a renowned tech brand. This 100% remote role is based in Portugal with a full-time, 12-month renewable contract and several start dates through June and July.

You will handle orders, tracking, returns, refunds, and payments, communicating by phone, email, and chat while upholding GDPR/PCI standards. The package includes health insurance from day one, paid training and onboarding, a meal allowance, and

Qualificações

• C2-level Swedish is required.
• Fluent English (C1) is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with order tracking, returns, refunds, and payment issues.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Escalate complex cases and coordinate with logistics and finance.
• Ensure data security in line with GDPR and PCI standards.
