Cross Border Talents is seeking a Swedish-speaking E-commerce Support Specialist to join a remote project in Portugal for a leading tech brand. You will assist customers with order tracking, returns, and payments, communicating via phone, email, and chat.

Data security under GDPR/PCI standards must be observed; you will escalate complex cases and collaborate with logistics and finance teams. Flexible shifts available, and onboarding is provided.

Qualificações

• Swedish (C2 level) and English (C1) proficiency.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts (07:00-24:00, Mon-Sun).
• EU citizen or valid residence for Portugal is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with order tracking, returns, payments, and inquiries.
• Handle inquiries about online orders: delivery, refunds, and payment issues.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Ensure GDPR/PCI data security compliance and escalate complex cases.
