CloserHire is recruiting a Spanish & Galician-speaking Customer Support Expert for a remote role in Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling account management, billing inquiries, and product questions across streaming services.

The role requires native-level Spanish (Castilian) and Galician, plus English at least B1, and a passion for delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Full professional fluency in Castilian Spanish.
• Full professional fluency in Galician.
• English at B1 level or higher.
