CloserHire is recruiting a Galician-speaking Customer Support Expert for a remote role based in Portugal. You'll handle account management, billing inquiries, and technical questions for a leading entertainment and streaming platform, delivering professional, empathetic assistance.

This 40-hour week permanent position offers relocation support, private health cover, meal allowance, training in English, and a 24/7 rotating schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Galician and Spanish required.
• English level B1+ minimum.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer support is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver professional, friendly, and empathetic customer support.
• Assist customers with account management and billing enquiries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Provide accurate information about streaming products, services, and features.
• Identify customer needs and resolve enquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting quality and performance standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally throughout every customer interaction.
• Maintain a positive and customer-centric approach.
• Work on a 24/7 rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
