CloserHire is hiring Galician-speaking Customer Support Experts for a remote role based in Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling account management, billing enquiries, and product questions for a leading streaming platform.

This full-time position offers a 40-hour week, a rotating 24/7 schedule, accommodation for relocation, and benefits including private health cover and meal allowance. Training provided in English.

Qualificações

• Full professional fluency in Castilian Spanish.
• Full professional fluency in Galician.
• English at B1 level or higher.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with technology and digital platforms.
• Willing to work a 24/7 rotating schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver professional, friendly, and empathetic customer support.
• Assist customers with account management and billing enquiries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Provide accurate information about streaming products, services, and features.
• Identify customer needs and resolve enquiries promptly.
