CloserHire is seeking a multilingual Customer Support Expert to work remotely from mainland Portugal for a leading streaming platform. You will handle account management, billing enquiries, and technical support while delivering accurate product information.

The role requires fluent Castilian Spanish, fluent Catalan, and English at B1+. You’ll join a diverse, international team with a flexible schedule and ongoing training.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Castilian Spanish and Catalan required.
• English level B1 or higher required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic, adaptable and detail oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, friendly customer support and assist with account management and billing enquiries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Explain streaming products, services and features to customers.
• Identify customer needs and resolve enquiries promptly while maintaining satisfaction.
• Work on a 24/7 rotating schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
