CloserHire is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit Spanish and Galician-speaking Customer Support Experts for a global entertainment and streaming platform. This remote role is based in mainland Portugal with occasional visits to a Lisbon hub for training and setup.

In this position you will manage accounts, handle billing enquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and offer product guidance.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Castilian Spanish at a professional level.
• Fluency in Galician at a professional level.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver professional, friendly customer support across channels.
• Assist customers with account management and billing questions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Provide accurate information about streaming products, services, and features.
• Identify customer needs and resolve enquiries promptly.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction while meeting quality standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally during every interaction.
• Work in a multicultural, collaborative support environment.
• Handle a 24/7 rotating schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
